Your Parking Information

Start your cruise in a relaxed manner and take advantage of the convenient parking facilities at the Bremerhaven cruise port. Just a few steps away from the terminal, our parking areas guarantee easy access and a smooth start to your journey.
Whether you are arriving by car for a daily visit or a longer journey, we offer both short-term and long-term parking options.

Short-term parking: No reservations are possible for day visits or picking up family and friends. Separate parking spaces are available for these purposes. If you have any questions, please contact our staff on site.

Long-term parking – Our parking areas:

Parking lot P1

• – Car parking only; maximum vehicle length: 4.90 m
• – Directly in front of the terminal building
• – Entrance through a barrier system
• – Not covered
• – Staffed on ship arrival days
• – Open all year round

Parking lot P3

• – Cars, campers, extra-long vehicles (over 4.90 m)
• – Approximately 400–500 meters walking distance
• – Fenced area
• – Partially covered
• – Only open on ship arrival days and only staffed on those days
• – Seasonal opening (bookable for trips from April to September)

Payment of fees is made upon arrival to our parking lot staff by Girocard, credit card, or cash. We also record the license plate number at the cashier’s office.
Luggage can be dropped off directly at both parking lots and will be transported to the ship by us.

The parking reservation can be canceled at any time free of charge by email (or by phone).

Opening hours on arrival day (subject to change):

Mein Schiff fleet:
– P1: open from 7:00 a.m. (primarily for departures), baggage check-in and cashier containers open at 8:30 a.m.
– P3: staffed and open from 7:00 a.m. (primarily for departure), payment and baggage check-in also possible in time for early boarding

Phoenix fleet:
– P1: ticket office container from 11:00 a.m., baggage check-in from 12:00 p.m.
– P3: Opens approx. 1–1.5 hours after ship arrival, initially for departures, but ticket office already staffed, baggage check-in officially from 12:00 p.m.
